Safety is still our highest priority, but we know convenience is important as well, so we’re constantly trying to make our clients’ lives easier.
It couldn’t be any simpler!
Thanks to our latest updates, our users now have the option to log into Fluenta via their Microsoft, Google or LinkedIn accounts. This means users don’t have to enter their Fluenta password every single time they log in.
How does it work?
Clicking one of the three sign-in options on the Fluenta login page redirects the user to the login site of the appropriate third-party service, where Fluenta requests access to the use of the email address the first time the user signs in via this service.
Important to note: Passwordless or delegated login only works if the primary email address connected to the third-party service is the same as the email address associated with the user’s registered Fluenta account.
If the user would like to save their login information, it can be set up in their linked Microsoft, Google, or LinkedIn account.
Safety first!
While making login easier, we still recommend using multifactor authentication as that is the most reliable way for users to protect their data.
If you have multifactor authentication set up for your Fluenta account, the system will require this verification independent of passwordless login.
If the user has MFA set up for their Microsoft, Google, or LinkedIn account as well, it is possible that the user has to go through the multifactor authentication process twice for one login – so safety is all but guaranteed!
