New features in Fluenta- 2022.06.02.

This release contains new features for:

• Fluenta Mailbox
• Fluenta Sourcing

Planned release date: 2022.06.02.

Fluenta Mailbox will have a messaging settings function

Where to find: Mailbox > wrench icon > new option: Messaging settings

• On the new page, users will be able to see what categories of system messages can appear in their Fluenta Mailbox as well as what categories they receive as emails. All categories are checked by default.
• If the user unchecks a checkbox, messages belonging to that category will not be sent as emails. They will be available only in the user’s Mailbox.
• If the user checks the checkbox again, they will receive emails (belonging to the given category) again from that moment on.
• Important! They will not receive emails retroactively from the period of time when emails were disabled.
• The Account category’s checkbox cannot be unchecked.
• All messages addressed to the user continue to be sent to the user’s Mailbox – this messaging channel cannot be disabled.

In the near future, users will be able to connect Fluenta with Microsoft Teams, so system messages may be received as push notifications if the user wishes so.

New features in Fluenta Sourcing

The new feature:
When adding users to Sourcing workspaces, you will be able to decide whether to send them a notification
about this event or not.

Where to find: Workspace wizard > Users tab

Details:

•  In the list of users to add, you will be able to select either Add or Add and notify for each user.
• In the list of added users, the bell icon means that the user has been added with notification, while the slashed bell icon means that they have been added without notification.
• Both kinds of actions are recorded in the audit log as well as the fact that system messages have been sent (if applicable).
• When a user is added with notification, they receive a system message that contains the workspace’s name, ID, owner, the name of the user that added them, and the workspace’s link.
• Since any user with editing right to the given workspace can add users to it, the workspace’s owner is also notified in a system message if they are not the one performing the action.
