Try multifactor authentication for Fluenta login

To ensure the safety of their data, more and more Fluenta Clients choose to use multifactor authentication, both on the company level and as individual users.

This security feature is easy to set up in Fluenta, and it is convenient and surprisingly quick to use on an everyday basis.

New feature in Fluenta Sourcing

Fluenta Sourcing events now have the option to be saved as a draft when editing reopened rounds as well.

By clicking the Save as draft button at the bottom of the page, the reopened round the event owner is editing can be saved any time before it is finalized.

The system saves the header data, the chosen suppliers, and the ticked checkboxes as well. The reopened round can be saved as a draft even if the required fields are not filled.

A pop-up notification is displayed at the top of the page if the save was successful.

After saving as draft, users can keep editing if they wish, but it is also possible to exit the editing view with the Back button at the bottom of the page and return to edit the reopened round later.

Important to note: For safety reasons, only the data currently displayed on the page is saved. The system does not save the data of suppliers hidden from the view.
