Planned release date: 10.11.2022.
Fluenta Mailbox has been expanded with new filtering options. Now you can filter messages by whether you received it as a copy (CC), whether there is a file attached to it, and based on when it was received.
This feature is in the BETA stage, which means that it is still in development and will be expanded in the future. For this reason, it is especially important for us to have our users gain as much experience with the new feature as possible. Please give us your detailed feedback.
We’re adding a new feature to our administrator users’ Fluenta experience. Like Explorer, our goal with Settings was to create a central interface that makes using certain functions more straightforward, and easier to manage. In Settings’ case, these functions are tasks associated with administrator permissions, for which we would like to provide a searchable, customizable interface.
Currently, Settings is available for users with the following permissions: company admin, buyer, contract admin, budget admin, invoice admin, supplier manager, reporter, previewer.
The Settings interface serves as a list of references, it lists the different administrative functions and makes them searchable, then it redirects the user to the familiar management page of the chosen function. The list contains the functions the user has access to at the given moment; this means that the functions associated with permissions the user previously had, but which have since been withdrawn will not be accessible through Settings. Part of a word or expression can be searched as well, but it must match exactly to the character (e.g. typing in “con” will bring up both “contract” and “contract buyer items”). The results will be highlighted in the list below the search field.
Moving forward, we would like to expand this interface considerably, and to make it more transparent, more searchable, and as customizable as possible. To achieve this, among others, the following features are in development: categorization according to function groups, synonym-based search, tagging and marking functions as favorite. Over time, we would like to see Settings become the central platform for accessing and managing functions.
