In the second week of November, Audax Renewables and Fluenta Europe celebrated the successful implementation of all Fluenta modules at a joint Go Live! workshop.
The implementation of the last Fluenta module closed a months-long project between Audax Renewables and Fluenta Europe in November. To our pleasure, we have introduced all seven Fluenta modules to our partner, thus now the Sourcing, Auction, Compliance, Contract, Req2Pay, Invoice and Workflow modules are all live and supporting our client's business processes.
The employees of Audax Renewables and the entire Customer Success team of Fluenta Europe worked together on the successful implementation of the project. Remarkably, we implemented all seven Fluenta modules in less than half a year; as a result, Audax Renewables as a company has gained a set of completely new internal processes and a comprehensive, effective system that will of course adapt to any possible future changes in the operation of the company.
As a professional achievement to our CSM team, the reformulation of the internal processes after the implementation will be carried out by Audax's internal team, secure in the knowledge that they can of course always count on Fluenta Europe's support.
It was a pleasure that after all the consultations moved online due to the COVID pandemic, we finally had the opportunity to meet our Fluenta users in person, and they could also become more familiar with the representatives of our Sales and Customer Success teams after already having worked together during the implementation process.
At this event, we had the chance to discuss in detail the previous difficulties and issues our clients had encountered that the Fluenta system was able to help them overcome, and we could also share with the Audax team how we would continue to work on providing them with the best possible services and solutions.
