At the MLBKT event on 23 November 2023, Microsoft (MS) Solution Specialist Kitti Szabó presented the MS Copilot artificial intelligence system, which can help make everyday work more efficient, and a lot easier.
About MS Copilot in general
MS Copilot is a special AI system built on a generative artificial intelligence model. It supports certain Microsoft applications such as Office and Teams, including email services.
The system is fully compliant with corporate and EU data security standards.
The intelligent virtual coworker
The aim of MS Copilot is not to replace colleagues, but to automate administrative tasks. By taking on such burdens, the service allows people to spend more time on creative thinking and developing good strategies.
Features and areas of use
MS Copilot can help you with many tasks, such as writing emails, organizing meetings, making presentations and even writing speeches. In the future, the system will be able to recognize and adapt to the stylistic choices of users and learn company jargon to help people work more efficiently.
Live note-taking and translation
MS Copilot takes live notes during Team meetings and can even translate in real time. It recognizes who is speaking based on their tone of voice, and if the participants refer to someone who is not in the meeting, that person will be specifically tagged in the note. What's more, if a colleague is late for a meeting, MS Copilot can even give them a summary of what they missed.
MS Copilot is currently available in English, but is expected to be available in other languages next year.
